50 seconds of work 10 second transition. Complete 4 rounds without rest period

Congratulations to todays top performers:
900am: Marissa Brink- great effort from beginning to end. Thought I might lose her mindset on the finisher part of the workout, but she put her head down and got through it.
415pm: Kristen Grenier- great effort pushed her partner in finisher and put everything she had into the workout
630pm: Roger Daigle- great intensity and excellent form especially with Goblet Squats. Killed the finisher and pushed his partner just as hard as his effort
