I love this workout but can’t put my finger on why

Push Press
Wood Chops
Rows/Speed Rows
30 seconds of work 30 seconds rest. Complete 4 rounds

500pm: Cheryl Lacaillade and Kyle Proctor- both did extra on the finisher. Cheryl went for a fellow bootcamper and Kyle did extra just because. Great job!
