530am: Corinna Lancaster- great effort and tremendous intensity from beginning to end
630am: Shannon Collins- took her workout to another level today and pushed her comfort zone
900am: Tammi Jones- has gotten a tremendous amount of confidence in the last two weeks and directed it to her workout, today pushing herself further than she has before
500pm: Jackie Young- responded to all challenges and overcame all of them. Pushed weight and maximized intensity
600pm: Darlene Bellknap- awesome effort on the Alligator Push ups and Renegade Rows in particular, but all around great effort
