I love this workout format, definately a favorite of mine.

 

30:30

Band Squat Row/Sprint

Squat Press

T-Push ups

Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds of work 30 seconds of rest.  Complete 5 rounds

500pm: Heidi Moore- fantastic effort specifically in the sprints, kettlebell swings and the finisher portion of the workout.
