530am: Pam Wade- Pam has always had great effort in her workouts but the nutrition had been a challenge for her.  After completing the metabolism makeover, she has 1. gotten tremendous results, and 2 now knows how to control her metabolism so she can continue to see results and eventually maintain her results.  Pam has also taken it to the next level with her workouts, with challenging herself with weight and pushing her pace.
