900am: Katie Aldrich- great effort, pushed her personal best on swings and challenged herself with overhead presses
415pm: Shannon Collins- second workout of the day, she pushed her intensity but also pushed those around her with encouragement.
630pm: Hallie Stinehour- consistent solid effort from beginning to end of the workout. Minimized rest and only put weight down during a set to change weights, awesome effort
