900am: Scott Bryant- excellent effort today. Toward the end of the workout he was moving faster than anyone in the room.
500pm: Kay Badan- pushed overhead pressing weight using 25 pound dumbbells. Awesome work
600pm: Jon Smires- great effort throughout the workout pushing the weight and pace.
