Flu/food posining, I don’t know what it was but it put me on my butt yesterday. But I was back in action today. Campers had awesome workouts yesterday despite my ailments, thanks Aaron for delivering!!

4. Lateral Flutter Kicks
5. Feet Elevated Get up Sit up
6. Contralateral Push ups
7. Goblet Kneel to Stand
8. Frog Hops
9. Overhead Step ups
50 seconds of work 10 seconds transition. Rest 1 minute after completing list. Complete list three times.
