900am: Kathy Beals- challenged herself with heavier weights today while maintaining a high intensity in her workouts
500pm: Two winner: Mike Vallieres and Joanna Hastings- won for similar reasons, were always two of the first people to transition from one exercise to the next so they got the most out of each exercise.
