30 seconds of work 10 second transition.  Complete 8-9 rounds without rest

900am: Kate Aldrich- great workout, set the tone early in the workout and carried out a high level of intensity throughout

415pm: Cam Green- great effort and getting better and better each day.  Very proud of her perserverance

630pm: Amy Rollins- has grown tremendously since beginning camp and is showing it in her workouts.
