Hearts- Double Kettlebell Squat
Diamonds- Pull ups/Jumping Pull ups
Spades- Hand to Hand Swings
Clubs- Frog Hop Push ups
Joker- 10 of each exercise
Ace- 11 reps
Face Cards 10 reps
3′s- WILD- choose exercise do 15 reps
Pair up and get through the deck as quickly as you can

900am: Laurel Fortin and Julie Poulin- finished deck twice, absolutely killed workout today
500pm: Meridith Berry- killed the workout pushing the pace and pushing weight wherever she could
600pm: Stephanie Cadieux- great effort, minimized rest and kept up with partner as much as she could; awesome effort
I wanted to post this video because its impressive. A select few come to kettlebell class on Saturdays in St. Johnsbury and this past Saturday we worked on getting stronger the first part of class. We did heavy snatches and goblet squats and here is a video of Natalie, Bill, and Judy going heavy. Natalie is using a 35 pound kettlebell, Bill a 53 pounder, and Judy a 26 pounder for sets of 8 on each arm. Awesome work you guys!!
