Kettlebell Swings x 10
Kettlebell Deadlift x 8
B. Pull ups/Rows x 5
See Saw Press x 10 each side
Box Jumps/Jump Squats x 8
Complete as many rounds as you can in 7 minutes
Rest 1 minute
A. Burpees with Tuck Jump x 4
Kettlebell Swings x 8
Kettlebell Deadlift x 6
B. Pull ups/Rows x 4
See Saw Press x 8 per side

Hi Ben,
Thanks for the workout posts. Your workouts really keep the heart rate up. I’m a big runner myself and I train a lot of runners so the combo of endurance and strength exercises work well for us.
