This one is a bit of a shift from our typical workout.  Don’t get me wrong it was still high intensity, but in a little bit different way.  Higher weights lower reps, and pushing the pace as always:)

 

Couplet Sprints

A. Burpees with 5 second hold push ups x 5

Kettlebell Swings x 10

High Pull x 8

B. Pull ups/Jump Pull ups x 5

Push Press x 10

Split Squats x 8 per leg

Complete as many rounds as you can in 7 minutes.  Rest 1 minute then switch

Congratulations to todays top performers:

900am: Gerry Duguay- great effort today, even more so considering she’s working out with others who are half her age or more

415pm: Heather Hodge- great effort, camaradarie, and intensity.  She was very encouraging to team members and took her comfort zone to a new level with weight.

530pm: Jennifer Allen- really focused on her form with every exercise and performing them correctly, while still getting a tremendous fat loss workout

630pm: Cheryl Perry- great effort with High Pull and Swings, and stellar form with the Burpee Push up
