Congratulations to the following individuals for being nominated as candidates for Camper of the Year.  The winner will be announced at the end of this week and will receive 2011 for free as well as some other goodies!

Dawn Clogston- Dawn went from shy in the corner working out to join the ‘scary guys’ on the other side of the room volunteering to be their partner and push herself to her limits.  Has been doing that for 3/4 of this year and results are paying off.  Her strength is through the roof and seeing dramatic changes.

Radha Heath- Radha has had an amazing year starting off with working hard on her nutrition in the Metabolism Makeover Program.  She has dropped countless pounds and five pant sizes and has catapulted herself to become someone others look to for inspiration and consistency.  Her training has become a way of life.

Kim Rowell- Kim has had an incredible transformation mentally AND physically.  Having lost 60 pounds and countless inches she has become the inspiration and light others seek when in need of not only motivation, but a smile when they are down on themselves or that little jab of encouragement to keep working hard.  Kim’s strength has also been realized this year as she is a regular with ‘Betty’ our 97 pound kettlebell.

Denise Ailes- Denise has had tremendous weight loss this year losing over 60 pounds and is someone who isn’t vocal but speaks with her heart and effort.  One of the kindest people in bootcamp, Denise is always willing to lend and open hand to anyone in need.  It has been this year that Denise has also taken that approach with herself and her own health, and it has paid off big time.

Judy Buxton- Judy, also known as the ‘silent warrior’ doesn’t say much but her workouts speak volumes.  She quietly is one of the strongest bootcampers we have and combine that with her intensity, she is clearly motivating and also very difficult to keep up with.  Always willing to extend encouragement, Judy is truly a class act.

 

 

 

Jackie Young- Jackie, pound for pound is probably the strongest bootcamper we have in our program.  Never backing down from a challenge Jackie not only is very strong, but she also has the endurance to push through any workout we throw at her.  And she does it all with a smile on her face.

Kathryn Kopec- Kathryn joined our program a non-athlete and already lean.  Over the past year she has been able to become even leaner losing almost 10 inches and is now strong, and a legitimate athlete.  Kathryn is very consistent with her workouts and encourages others through her effort to push harder and work longer.

Jule Meunier- Jule, one of the Biggest MOOser contestants started the year off with a bang, and never looked back.  She challenges herself every day in the workouts and is always working hard on her nutrition to get a little better every day.  She has gained incredible strength and is the soft spoken voice of encouragement others hear in their ear when they feel they can’t go any further.

Gerry Duguay (Nana)- What can you say about Nana?  Well how about this.  She is celebrating her 1 year anniversary this month, she led her team to a third place finish in the team transformation contest we had in September-November, losing 13 pounds and 11.5 inches.  Oh and did I mention she is 83 years old?  Enough said.

Shannon Chapman-Shannon takes every workout to her limit and others have taken notice. She leaves nothing to guess with her effort and her intensity.  Shannon’s strength, as a result has skyrocketed and is quickly becoming who has the elite combination of real strength and endurance, that everyone desires.  Her no BS attitude is addicting to those who train with her and it has led them to see dramatic changes as well.

Kristianne Liberty- Kristy is another one who quietly goes about her business.  Quiet only by voice, not by effort.  Choosing heavier weights and refusing to go lower has been her mantra and not only does she not go lower, but she forces herself to be disciplined enough to maintain form AND more impressively, intensity.  Losing over 64 pounds Kristy is pushing for triple digits and I have no doubt she will get there.

Danielle Skinner- Danielle, Kristy’s workout partner and sister in-law brings the intensity and effort every single class.  They feed off eachother very well and consequently the entire class rises to the effort of them.  Danielle has a very positive attitude and is willing to accept any challenge thrown at her.

Mark Tucker- Mark has had amazing results, losing 51 pounds after being a long time gym goer.  Mark is always willing to hand out appreciation and encouragement and congratulations.  Hey may not realize that others feed off him just as much.  Every day he is trying to get a little better, to improve on just one thing.  And every day he makes those improvements.  Just the other day he posted a great quote that says it all, ” This has to be a commitment, not an event”.

 

 

 

 

Polly Joncas- Polly, amidst a class of very hard workers, has quietly emerged as someone who has been extremely consistent with her effort and has gradually made significant strides in her results, most notably her inches, and her strength.  Every workout Polly fights to the end and gives her all to maximize her benefit and in the meantime, inspires others to do the same.

Holly Richardson- Holly has gone from having small limitations with her mobility and strength to becoming someone who brings a very high level of intensity to each and every class.  Holly no longer has limitations in her mobility, in fact has blown them out of the water  and has transformed her weaknesses into strengths taking that strength to the next level.

Alicia Knoll- Alicia, much like Holly has taken her body to levels she never thought possible.  Alicia began bootcamp looking to increase her bone density as she was already a very lean person.  Over the past year she has increased her bone density tremendously and has also increased her strength in all areas including her mobility, ease of movement, and her endurance.  Alicia, is the outspoken one in her class but always speaks positive and with affirmation that they will get through the workout.

Helen Flynn- Helen started bootcamp and jumped right into the Metabolism Makeover program which is essential to see the best results.  Then Helen started bootcamp and her results took off.  Losing over 40 pounds, Helen has taken her intensity, effort, and body to levels she never thought she could.  Every workout she challenges herself, and every workout she gets everything she can out of it, and it shows and spills over into others in class.

Julie Poulin- Julie may be just as strong, pound for pound as Jackie.  Julie has been consistent for two years and continues to inspire people with her strength and her results.  Julie began our program lean and this past year and in the future is poised to take it to the next level.  In the meantime she is inspiring and motivating others daily to have her arms, her legs, or her abs.

Shannon Collins-  Shannon, runner up to the Biggest MOOser contest never leaves anything to guess.  Shannon has encountered countless challenges this year, but one thing has remained the same; she brings it every single workout, and is a leader to others in search of discovering themselves.  Shannon has walked the walk and is now talking the talk to others in need.
