Mo Laramee
It doesn’t get more humble than Mo. Mo has been a bootcamper since 2008 and since then he has been consistently a tremendous asset to our program and has changed his life. Confronting his challenges head on, Mo makes a solid effort to get better every day and focuses on his weaknesses. He knows his weaknesses become strengths when he works hard at them. Mo is highly respected by his campers and is seen as a leader, fun to workout with due to his sense of humor, and his willingness to not only laugh at himself, but also to understand where he came from. He helps new people in class constantly and encourages with a personal touch that not enough of us have. His classmates can agree with me, that when Mo misses or is not in class (which isn’t very often), the class seems like its missing something. Congratulations Mo for making all of us better and realize that working on our weaknesses to make them strengths is not only brave, but also necessary to achieve the goals we want.
Camper of the Month St. Johnsbury
Rachel Harbaugh
Since Rachel joined bootcamp, she has had determination, drive, and desire to achieve her goals. She has all but made them a reality and this month really took it up a notch. Rachel doesn’t shy away from heavier, more challenging weights, and never backs down from a challenge; two ingredients of someone who will succeed in our program. She has reached many milestones along her journey, and quickly catapaulted herself to one of the hardest working bootcampers we have in our program. There is no doubt big things on the horizon for Rachel. Oh, and that goal she has set for herself? I strongly feel she will not only achieve it but excel more than she ever imagined.

Keith Fortier
Keith kills every single workout and has done so since day 1 of starting bootcamp. His effort is appreciated by his fellow classmates and they feed off his energy. Many in class have said they are inspired and look to Keith many times during every workout to keep themselves pushing their intensity level up a notch, simply because they know Keith is doing so himself. Keith will no doubt continue to inspire so many and will also continue to improve himself in many ways as he continues in our program.
