Congratulations to November’s Superstars
What a great month of bootcamp. Tons of results, pounds of fat melting off bodies. More and more people being empowered every day. This month we had some tough choices because so many were doing so well and really taking their training to the next level. Here were our final decisions though (we had to choose three):
Black TShirt Award:
Jess Buxton
Jess, has quite possibly had the greatest transformation of the year. Jess started bootcamp, shy, timid, and completely unaware of her full capabilities. One thing was certain however, right from the beginning: she knew what hard work was and wasn’t afraid of heavier weights, pushing her comfort zone; she put her entire trust in our program, and it has paid off big time.
Jess really accelerated her results upon taking the Metabolism Makeover Program and implementing the tools she learned from that program. When she completed the Metabolism Makeover, she continued the principles she had learned and continued, and actually, accelerated her transformation. She inspires by action, not by words. She is always there to lend a helping hand and encourage others, but perhaps what she does better than anything is her business-like attitude each and every workout.
Jess has lost over 50 pounds, is a 300 pound deadlift club member, has lost 5% body fat and over 15 inches. A member of our Sparta Project, Jess has been able to take her results to the next level with physical results as well as her strength which she has taken a real liking to. Bootcamp, Sparta Project, and Warrior Strength and Conditioning have proven to be the successful combination for Jess. When you combine her consistency with her work ethic, results are always inevitable.
Camper of the Month:
Carole Ricard
Carole, much like Jess has had amazing consistency. Being in a class where she could easily be intimidated by the intensity of how hard the other classmates work, she would not be denied her right to changing her life. Carole has had a very specific goal in mind and a deadline to reach it. She has already reached that goal way before her deadline which is a testament to her determination, dedication and consistency on both ends; nutrition and exercise.
You can always depend on Carole to show up for class and give her best each and every time. No longer afraid of heavier weights, she is willing to take on any challenge you throw at her and does so with a smile and a bit of a chuckle. She is well on her way to the Wall of Fame and Black Tshirt award for just these things.
Athletic Revolution Champion of the Month:
Dylan Hall
Dylan is a very quiet but very determined young man. He always gives his best every class, and even though he may not be the fastest, he doesn’t give up. He has grown tremendously since joining our program and is a very polite, hard working young man who is a joy to have in our youth camp.
We are excited about his future in our program and outside of our program because it is clear he has what it takes to be successful. With his determination, bravery, and attitude, there is no doubt Dylan will go far in whatever he chooses to do. But in terms of fitness and his athletic ability, the possibilities are endless.
