Congratulations to the Campers of the Month for this month:

630am: Nancy Griffith- absolutely amazing transformation since starting our program.  She has become stronger, more confident and is changing her life

900am: Brenda Fort- awesome effort and consistency entire session.  From day one this session she was determined to make the most out of every workout and did just that

500pm: Rayanne Mello- quietly goes about business but has transformed herself and her body with consistency.

Special Congratulations to Trish Proctor for winning the black t-shirt.  Trish has overcome so many obstacles and to do that AND be a leader by example with workout intensity and nutrition goes a long way to tell you what kind of person she is.  Amazing transformation and development of confidence.  Thanks Trish for being you and an inspiration to all of us.
