Big Congratulations to this months Campers of the Month:
630am: Kathryn Kopec- stronger, leaner, and a better mindset describes what Kathryn has been able to accomplish this month. Finishing the Metabolism Makeover helped get her nutrition on track and the workouts this month have been tremendous; pushing weight and killing the intensity.
900am: Doe Ruggles- A complete turnaround from where she began, Doe has transformed herself into a body of health rather than aches and pains. Doe had back issues when she started and was held back by them, but you wouldn’t know it today because her intensity and more impressively, the weight she uses is second to none in class.
500pm: Jackie Young- One of the top performers in terms of ability in our camp, Jackie has gotten a grip on her nutrition and the results are starting to take effect. Every day she is in class, she pushes herself just a little further and being very coachable helps as she takes on any challenge we throw her way.
600pm: Denise Ailes- Denise has a different look in her eye then when she started. Now she has the look of determination and insistent on being successful. Her consistency has been fantastic, but what is perhaps most impressive is the realization of how strong she is. Her weight choices and the effort she puts into them has been unbelievable and an amazing transformation physically as well as mentally.
