Frog Squats
Hill Climbers
Split Jumps
High Knees
4 Rounds
Push Press
Squat Hold
Bicycles
Goblet Squat
30 seconds per movement. Each circuit is performed four times without rest

900am: Brenda Brink- solid workout as always and was very helpful to the friends in her group trying bootcamp for the first time as well as helping team leader through the duration of the workout
415pm: Marie Ingalls- standard push ups look amazing, great effort today.
630pm: Ami English- great workout effort including using 44 pounds with her goblet squats, very impressive.
