Roll the Dice

Start each round with 30 Sky and Ground Squats

1′s- See Saw Press x 15

2′s- Pull ups/Jumping Pull ups x 15

3′s- Wood Chops x 15 per side

4′s- 1 Arm Kettlebell Swings x 15

5′s- Single Leg Burpees x 15

6′s- Hill Run/Double Kettlebell Squat x 15

Complete as many exercises as you can in 20 minutes

Congratulations to todays top performers:

530am: Cory Poulin- great effort today as everyday.  Pushed level of class up a notch and everyone rose to the occasion

630am: Seth DiSanto- brought great effort to class and pushed partner harder throughout workout.  They pushed themselves harder as a result

900am: Laurel Fortin- awesome camaradarie, encouraging fellow campers and partner while hauling tail in her own efforts

500pm: Cindy Chamberlin- great effort especially during finisher part of workout.  Kept up with the faster campers and was very impressive effort

600pm: Sara Skinner- terrific mindset and intensity being pushed by partner who is one of most intense in class, she kept up and pushed her own effort through the roof.
