1. Feet Elevated Push ups

2. Kettlebell High Pull Burpee

3. Speed Row Mountain Climbers

4. Rest

5. Frog Hops

6. Squat Press

7. Split Squats

8. Rest

50 seconds of work 10 second rest.  Complete three rounds

900am: Mike Vallieres- superb effort and intensity.  Quickly becoming the class leader

415pm: Corinna Lancaster- solid effort esp with feet elevated push ups and encouraged so many others throughout class

630pm: Brook Simoneau- getting stronger every day and has shown amazing improvement in confidence as well as strength
