Every Two Minutes, Unleash Hell!
This is probably my favorite workout.
Every 2 for 20
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Squat Press L x 5
Squat Press R x 5
Jump Squats x 10
Speed Rows x 10 each side
Every 2 minutes start a new round. Whatever time is leftover from the two minutes is your rest once you complete a round. Perform 10 rounds or 20 minutes

530am: Julie Gunn- great effort, challenged herself to stay up with top of class, pushing her pace and weight
630am: Faith Landry- great effort, solid weight selection and was first one done almost every time
900am: Paul Snider- started workout on fire! And maintained intensity throughout entire workout
500pm: Katie Hale- solid effort and minimized rest during set, got done the quickest she could
600pm: Denise Ailes- awesome effort, partner encouraged her but she took it upon herself to use heavier weights and worked hard from beginning to end.
