Congratulations to todays top performers:
530am: Dawn Clogston and Lynn Tanguay- only two in class today and they killed the workout!
630am: Jule Menuier- model of consistency and effort, awesome work today pressing from beginning to end of the workout
900am: Doe Ruggles- tremendous form and effort on the push ups, hand to hand swings and the finisher part of the workout
500pm: Bill Stinehour- great job, responding to challenge by coaches, and pushing the pace
600pm: Meghan Switser- great job in the workout today, she pushed her personal best, and minimized rest between stations.
