900am: Mike Vallieres-been a great leader by example all camp long and has had great results losing 26 pounds.
415pm: Mo Laramee- has been an incredible asset to our program for a long time and is closing in on black tshirt status:)
530pm: Amy Snider- every single day brings her A game and gets the most out of every workout. Has also worked hard on her nutrition and results are showing.
630pm: Nicole Daigle- strength has grown dramatically since starting just by accepting to be pushed and puhsing herself. Others are inspired and motivated by her tenacity.
