1. Rows

Wood Chops

2. Squat Press

Single Leg Burpees

3. 5 second Hold Push ups

Frog Squats

4. Kettlebell High Pull

Speed Rows

5. 5 Second Hold Goblet Squats

Frog Hops

All reps are 12.  Complete as many rounds as you can in 4 minutes.  Rest 1 minute between stations.
