Frog Hops
Each station is 4 minutes and all reps are 12. Complete as many rounds as you can.

Also, we announced another finalist for Camper of the Year. Carolyn Hannan has been a ambassador to our program for a long time achieving amazing results and being able to maintain those results. Perhaps Carolyn’s greatest achievement is being a welcoming face and kind to new campers joining our program. Carolyn goes out of her way to introduce herself to new campers and to be their support so they too can achieve great results.
