It’s Freaky Fat Loss Friday, that just means the workouts are taken up a notch.  We want you thinking about us all weekend ;)

Spread the Weatlh

Circuit #1

Kettlebell Swings x 10

Walking See Saw Press x 20

Overhead Lunges x 10 each leg

Circuit #2

Jump Switch x 10 each leg

Wood Chops x 15 each side

Goblet Kneel to Stand x 10

Spend 10 minutes at a circuit completing as many rounds as you can.  Rest 1 minute then complete as many rounds as you can at the second circuit.

900am: Stacy Smith- chose a very challenging weight with the See Saw Walking Press and pushed herself with the Jump Switch as well.  Her entire workout was solid and pushed her personal pace to a new level
