Congratulations to St. Johnsbury bootcamp for raising $1180 for the Kingdom Animal Shelter.  They now can lease a shelter for so many homeless and abandon cats due to your generosity.  Awesome work everyone.

High Pull

Squat Press

Perform each for 50 seconds with 10 second rest.  Complete all exercises then rest for one minute.  Complete five rounds

530am: Carol Fournier- came with game face on and blasted through workout

630am: Faith Landry- leader in class and put forth a leadership type workout today

900am: Doe Ruggles- getting stronger by the minute and gaining confidence had a solid performance today

500pm: Joanna Hastings- killer effort today, and great tenacity within workout

600pm: Fawn Letourneau- got pushed and responded well to the push
