High Pull
Deadlift Burpee
50 seconds of work 10 seconds rest and transition. Rest one minute after completing all exercises. Repeat for 5 rounds.
Here are some excellent kettlebell swings by the Derby 900am Bootcamp class:
They collectively had the best swings as a group today.

530am: Julie Gunn- awesome effort, first to start each exercise and was consistent with that effort
630am: Shannon Collins- one of the MOOsers, pushed the weight today and had an amazing workout
900am: Amy Rickman- tremendous effort especially with the deadlift burpees and swings. Very strong
500pm: Karen Randall- pushing her weight with Cheryl’s assistance and encouragement especially with swings and high pull
600pm: Colleen Sinon- getting stronger by the day, her effort today was amazing and is full steam ahead toward her goals
