Deck of Cards

Hearts- Double Kettlebell Squat

Diamonds- Step ups per leg

Spades- See Saw press per side

Clubs- Pull ups

Joker- 10 of each exercise

Aces- 11 reps

Face Cards-10 reps

3′s- WILD- choose exercise do 15 reps

In pairs complete entire deck.

630am: Emily Judd- one of the Biggest MOOser contestants she continues to be challenged by her mind but today showed what she was really capable of

900am: Anne Garcia- great workout minimizing rest periods and pushing her own comfort zones.
