50 seconds of work 10 second rest and transition. Rest one minute after completion of a round. Complete five rounds. You’ll notice in the video that some used dumbbells and that was due to lack of numbers of kettlebells to satisfy all abilities

530am: Christine Johnson- not the strongest nor the fastest but each and every single class puts forth the best she can. Has made tremendous strides in her nutrition.
630am: Holly Richardson- has completely transformed herself and has made noticable gains this session in her strength and belief she can do it.
500pm: Cheryl Lacaillade- inspirational, motivating, and a leader of our whole program, Cheryl has inspired so many people beyond her 500pm class.
600pm: Rose Wessels- has developed a belief that she can truly be as strong and fit as she wants to and realized that this session pushing herself to do standard push ups and challenge her comfort zone with heavier weights. Quickly becoming one of our leaders.
