630am: Holly Richardson- awesome intensity to todays workout

900am: Ruthie Horst- did great job with the DBL Kettlebell Squat with form and pushing weight

500pm: Steve Clark- great effort became even greater when his daughters visited unexpected

600pm: Danielle Skinner- tremendous effort by pushing weight and mixing it with high intensity.  Very impressive effort
