Bi-level Planks
30 seconds per movement. Start with two exercises, run through them then rest 30 seconds. Next round add two exercises and run from the top. Each circuit you will complete 3 rounds

Be sure to come to the fundraiser workout tomorrow at 10am at Club at Old Mill in St. Johnsbury at 10am. $5 to participate and anyone can come. All proceeds are going to Operation Holiday Homecoming for the troops coming home for Christmas before they head out to Afganistan for 12-18 months. Be sure to be there and do your part.
