Hi Ben! My son, Bill Warner and our gal Hallie Stinehour have been raving about your program. I’m the Aquatic and Fitness Director at the Plattsburgh YMCA in N.Y. and I would love to learn more about your program, without infringement of your trademark. I do not have a degree in nutrition so I would not integrate this component. Bill tells me that you will be coming out soon with a workout video. Any suggestions as to what I can learn about your program until the video is available? I love your recession workout. What a great way to share fitness with those on a limited income or a travel issue. I’d appreciate any info. I look forward to see Hallie in your video. She’s a great example! Patti Warner
