How to Increase your Calories burned by sitting on the Couch

Yes its true, you can increase the amount of calories you burn by sitting on the couch.  Recent studies have shown that implementing this one nutritional component into your weight training fat loss regimen will boost that very number of calories watching Seinfeld reruns (my favorite by the way).
