We’ve recently added a plank variation in bootcamp that has cleaned up a lot of issues with saggy hips, complaints of back pain, or just plain boredom with many.

I’ve named it the Pull Plank and here’s a video describing how to do it.

The Pull Plank is in a couple of our home workouts (DVD 5 and 6, if I’m not mistaken).  This variation will make anyone’s abs bulletproof and increase your strength, lean look, and endurance to new levels.
