How to Perform a Better Push up
The light bulb went off one morning on my way to bootcamp at 530 in the morning. I was thinking of how to help people perform better form on their push ups and get stronger while performing them. Then it occurred to me!
Create that correlation from upper body to lower body and the abs will kick in. You still have to draw in your stomach muscles, but this helps initiate that action.

This works well! I just pushed out 10 without feeling like I was going to fold, and that’s with sore muscles from a workout yesterday and after eating chinese food! Thanks for the tip Ben.
