Speed Rows/Partner Band Squat Rows

Frog Squats

Side Plank

Kettlebell Deadlift

T-Push ups

Lunges

Burpees

Reverse Plank

High Knees

Round 1 two exercises performed for 60 seconds then rest 60 seconds and add two exercises to circuit.  Repeat for five rounds or entire list is being performed.
