First Kettlebell Class this morning in St. Johnsbury where we did a lot of things:
Touched on Swings, and learned Cleans…then the workout:
In partners complete the following reps and exercises-
500 Swings
300 Goblet Squats
200 Push Presses
100 Cleans Per side
Your goal is to be the first pair done.
