Reverse Plank
Bilevel Plank
Burpees with Push up
Split Jumps
Get up sit ups
Flutter Kicks
30 seconds per movement. Start with two exercises and add two more to the circuit after completing each round

415pm: Charlotte Tyburski- tremendous consistent effort and solid effort today
530pm: Margaret Leavens- being consistent for 3 years with exercise, and still going strong with consistent solid efforts every class. Today was no different
On Wednesday we announced Campers of the Month:
530am: Sharon Gonyaw- consistency is a key to achieving great results. Sharon has accomplished both and while she may not be the fastest or strongest in class, that doesn’t deter her from putting forth a tremendous effort
630am: Marie Beaudry- Marie has undergone an amazing transformation with the Metabolism Makeover Program and has quickly become an inspiration in her class.
500pm: Holly Hartwell- never,ever,ever quits. Holly is always putting forth her best effort and has been able to transform herself inside and out. Her effort and determination to never say die, is inspirational to everyone she comes in contact with.
600pm: Kyle Proctor-Kyle has had a fantastic month and has also had tremendous results with the Metabolism Makeover being disciplined to the nutrition plan. Kyle is very encouraging to others in class by being vocal and leading by example.
