Congratulations to todays top performers:

900am: Sarah Spence- second session of bootcamp and has really taken off in terms of confidence and quality work done.  Great effort and form was fantastic

415pm: Carla Poirier- tremendous effort, excellent pistol effort and overall killer workout intensity

530pm: SaraLee Kimball- perserverance on pistols and solid effort from beginning to end of the workout

630pm: Lucie Gaboriault- worked hard on getting better at pistols and did a great job making sure she did them right.  Did workout almost 1.5 times!!
