Sore muscles galore today…welcome back everyone:)

50 Split Squats total

40 Squat Press

30 Kettlebell Swings

20 Single Leg Deadlift each leg

10 Tuck Jump/Box Jumps

25 Burpees with Push up

10 Tuck Jumps/Box Jumps

20 Single Leg Deadlifts per leg

30 Kettlebell Swings

40 Squat Press

50 Split Squats total

Complete once

Congratulations to todays top performers

530am: Marc Nadeau-great effort, great workout.  Looks like he is back to his old self again

630am: Sylvie Corriveau- killed todays workout

900am: Laurel Fortin- encouraged those around her, pushed her intensity, and was even able to not miss a beat and put chapstick on during an ever so brief rest period

500pm: April Zajko- great workout and did level 3 box jumps despite feeling it was outside her comfort zone

600pm: Danielle Skinner- intensity is head and shoulders better than last session.  She really put out a whole new level of intensity for her.
