1. Kettlebell Swings

Push ups

Kettlebell High Pull

Pledge Push ups

Goblet Squats

Contralateral Push ups

2.  Speed Rows

DB Snatch Non dominant

Burpees

DB Snatch dominant

Hill Climbers

Squat Press

3.  Lunge Jumps

Get up Sit us

Tuck Jumps

Frog Hops

Reverse Lunge

Reverse Crunch

30 seconds per movement.  Rest 30 seconds then add two exercises.  Repeat for entire workout.
