Push up (your choice)

Circuit #2

Speed Rows

Snatch weak side

Frog Hops

Snatch strong side

Burpees

Squat Press

Circuit #3

Flutter Kicks

Get up Sit ups

Frog Squats

High Knees

Split Jumps

Planks

30 seconds per movement, complete two exercises then rest, then add two more, and repeat throughout circuit.  Complete all circuits in this format

630am: Kathryn Kopec: Kathryn is a leader in class and has had an amazing transformation mentally as well as physically.  She has turned the corner and realized her potential in becoming strong and lean, and is truly becoming an athlete.

900am: Theresa Vezina- An amazing fit into this class and our program, Theresa has taken off and pushed her comfort zone daily to improve dramatically from day one

600pm: Kim Rowell- Kim always brings a killer mentality to each workout and pushes herself to the limits every day.  Whether its weight or pushing her intensity level in other ways, Kim is always working to her potential and beyond and sets a tremendous example for others in class
