Monday Pile On Bootcamp Workout
Pile On- this one is a doozy as I have said before
Kettlebell Swings
Kettlebell High Pull
Goblet Squats
Pledge Push ups
Flutter Kicks
Get up Sit ups
Squat Hold
High Knees
Burpees
Planks
Start round one with Kettlebell Swings and Kettlebell High Pull performing each for 60 seconds, then rest for one minute. Add two exercises then start at the beginning for round two. Repeat this process through five rounds or ten exercises
