Tabata Extra is a great way to start off the week!

 

1. Renegade Rows

Step ups

 

2. Hill Climbers

Close Grip Push ups

 

3. Single Leg Deadlift

Firehose Slams/Agility Ladder

 

4. Double Kettlebell Squat

Bicycles

40/20 Format, four rounds of each exercise

Congratulations to todays to performers:

530am: Zachary Vincent- great workout today especially great form on the Double Kettlebell Squat

630am: Sylvie Corriveau- excellent effort today, tremendously inspirational to other campers

900am: Laura Laramee, Amy Rickman, Ruthie Horst- Braved the elements to make it to class, tremendous dedication

500pm: Polly Joncas- came to the workout with her game face on and was very encouraging to the group

600pm: Jonathan Smires- always has a great effort and tonight was no different.  Had great form with the Renegade Rows and Double Kettlebell Squat
