Off Week Bootcamp Workouts
A lot of you have been asking about the workouts I handed out in bootcamp. So I thought I would post them here.
By the way thanks for all of your positive comments on the upgrade of www.bensbootcamps.com as well as benwarstler.com the new blog. I hope this format is easier and becomes your hub for anything bootcamp as well as following me on my journey to a successful fitness business. Here are the workouts:
Workout #1:
Round Robin and Run
This can be done outdoors or indoors, no equipment needed
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes
10 Push ups
15 Get up Sit ups
20 Prisoner Squats/Prisoner Jump Squats
Run 200 yards
Workout #2
Countdown
Start with 12 reps of all exercises then work your way down by one (12, 11, 10, 9, etc) all the way to 1 with all exercises listed. Perform in alternating format so that you don’t perform all reps of one exercise at one time.
Push ups
Jump Squats
Burpees
Speed Rows
Workout #3
Classic
Complete as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes
20 Push ups
20 Burpees
¼ mile run
