50 seconds of work 10 second rest and transition. Complete 3 rounds

900am: Brenda Fort- took to each station with great intensity and effort. Awesome squats and burpees
500pm: Daniel Stetson- the best workout we’ve seen him perform. Pushed the weights and is getting stronger
600pm: Denise Ailes- was pushed by partner and shined within workout. Awesome effort
