Great workouts today.  Lots of improvement in strength and intensity!

Engine 8

1. Push Press

2. Single Leg Deadlift

3. Rows/Pull ups

4. Rest

5. Burpees

6. Double Kettlebell Squats/Goblet Squats

7. T-Push ups

8. Rest

 

50 seconds of work 10 second rest and transition.  Complete 3 rounds

530am: Dawn Clogston- Awesome intensity and workout effort

630am: Marie Beaudry- showed great improvement in strength today

900am: Brenda Fort- took to each station with great intensity and effort. Awesome squats and burpees

500pm: Daniel Stetson- the best workout we’ve seen him perform.  Pushed the weights and is getting stronger

600pm: Denise Ailes- was pushed by partner and shined within workout.  Awesome effort
