Quit the Excuses of why you can’t lose fat

Listen, I’m a compassionate person.

But I have limits.  And when I start hearing excuse after excuse after excuse, my patience begins to wear thin.  We have had individuals of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes become successful, simply because they believed and lived the fact that they know they can.  And refused to be limited by not having the time, or it’s too hard, or I’m too old, or any other of the million of excuses I have heard.

Success is a state of mind not an act.  In terms of fat loss success, there are a lot of methods that work, some quicker than others.  But the determining factor whether someone will be successful or not.  10 times out of 10 success is no accident, the achiever has the right mind behind the actions.  They are determined, lack excuses, and are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.

How do you develop or find that desire?  That’s a tough one, but you have to really sit down and think about what you want.  Suspend disbelief that you can’t achieve anything. That’s difficult to do sometimes because self doubt, fear of failure and a host of other emotions begin to overwhelm your desire but you have to be mentally strong enough to resist that.  And remember that outside influences or excuses do not influence your decision, your mind does.  When you understand that last statement, you are on the cusp of mentally taking over your life.  And when you do that, nothing is impossible.

I see amazing accomplishments every day in my clients and it was early on, seeing this every day, that I understood that the mind is the biggest roadblock we all experience.  Physical limitations are excuses.  If you don’t believe me ask our oldest client who we call Nana, who has been coming for a year and a half how she accomplishes and attacks each and every day.  She is focused, driven and refuses to be bothered by so many possible excuses she could have.

I could go on, but I think that one example gets my point across.  Quit the excuses and get to work in the direction you want your path to go.
