7. 5 Second Hold Push ups
8. Rest
50 seconds of work 10 second rest and transition. Complete 3 rounds

900am: Marissa Brink- night and day from day one which has only been two weeks ago. Getting stronger every day and was very encouraging to fellow campers
Meridith Berry- like Marissa was very encouraging to fellow campers pushing them to go just a little harder work a little more.
415pm: Krystal Ingalls- excellent performance moving quickly from one exercise to the next exhibiting excellent form with high intensity
630pm: Helen Flynn- two weeks in and has had a drastic increase in strength and moreso mobility and had a great workout
